About Me

Hello. My name is Emma Armstrong and I currently live and work in Windsor, Berkshire in the UK.

I was born in Worcester in the west of England and spent most of my childhood years living in different places in that part of the country.  My parents divorced and subsequently married new partners when I was young, so that, coupled with moving homes often, meant that I quickly learned to adapt and connect with new people in my life.  Amazing how at a young age ‘life’ conspires to mould you into your life purpose!

My first overseas trip was at the age of two with my Mum and it was to Johannesburg in South Africa where my Dad was living.  This was just the start of my love for what I believe is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.  I moved over there at 22 for 6 months, met a man, fell in love and ended up staying 4 years!!  Toward the end of my time there I embarked on my first serious look at getting to know myself by attending a life training course at the Font – now known as Foundation SA.  Being an intensive course with nowhere to hide was incredible and more than a little daunting, but I came out the other side a much better person than I had been when I walked in.  It became the beginning of my journey into awareness of who I really am and although at times this can prove challenging (I can only argue with myself!) I wouldn’t have it any other way!I Settled back into the UK at the age of 26 and looked into all sorts of different ways of expanding my consciousness. I read many books and attended talks and workshops - some things I took on board and others I didn’t. 

One day I sat down and thought (ok maybe a gentle nudge from those that love me too) that with the amount of knowledge I had acquired so far (we never stop learning!) and acknowledging that I seem to touch people’s lives in such a way that I end up being a catalyst for change, I wanted to give something back for all the blessings I had received. So I decided to embark on the next significant part of my journey and put some structure around my life’s purpose. Having met Denise Linn on a past life workshop in 1998, I contacted Denise and was accepted (and subsequently qualified) on her ‘Soul Coaching and Past Life Coaching Professional Certification Program’ which I attended in Paso Robles, California.

My professional life is in Relationship Management and I have the philosophy that the more people communicate with each other, the more productive the work can be.  And it can also be quite a pleasant experience!!  And so can the rest of our lives be if we apply this in other areas too!  My work has given me the wonderful opportunity of visiting many countries and I still go back to South Africa at least once a year.  I love learning and experiencing different cultures and feel very blessed to have been able to do just that.

We learn many lessons along the way and one of the important one’s I learned was dropping the idea that finding ourselves had to be a tough process.  We just need the discipline to create the time and space and the courage to embrace the change that ensues.  Change begins with ourselves as we cannot change anyone else - as we change so others change around us.  It is a continuous process and in that we can only grow.

I have met many teachers along my path in the form of family, friends, colleagues and strangers, and I am eternally grateful to each and every one of them for their love and support.  I certainly feel I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am today without them.  We all deserve to be happy and have a clear idea of how to make our dreams a reality and I know that is what I am now doing!!  Yippee!!
